And was pleasantly surpris...I loved the Magic Bus! And was pleasantly surprised about the offerings at Gastrotruck and Cupcake.<br /><br />Check out Hola Arepa Food Truck in Minneapolis, they say their arepas (corn patties, essentially) are gluten free and vegan before being stuffed. I tried it and posted about them above this food truck post.
