I'm vegan and often get the question: What do you eat? Hopefully this blog can answer that.
My goal is to show that being vegan is possible and can be inexpensive. It can also be really expensive - just like any person's dietary preference/needs. I also really enjoy showcasing both chain and independent restaurants with vegan options as well as products that are vegan.

French Fries with Seven Grain Veggie Cakes
The title says it all. I just baked some crinkle cut fries and served some mini veggie cakes as appetizers along with them. Dipping sauce are: ketchup, dijon mustard and yellow mustard.
The veggie cakes are from Super Target. A close up:
They weren't too bad, sort of like little mini veggie burgers. It would be cute to serve them on tiny buns with all the fixings.
